Dear friends,

I have 2 CASs server (exchange 2013) with the same configurations. My system is working perfectly (send and receive mails ok) but i have just one problem on Outlook (all version of outlook - 2007 - 2010 - 2013) that is when i pointed INCOMING MAIL SERVER to CAS02 --> click Next --> the pop-up appeared that test account settings failed (but when i pointed INCOMING MAIL SERVER to CAS1, test account settings is succeeded)

Although test account settings failed but then i still can send and receive mails normally.

Hi,

Please file the Incoming mail server with your CAS2 (CAS02.pvgas.com.vn). Complete other information about your Exchange account (SMTP server, email address, user name, password etc.). Please check the following settings:

1. Click More Settings, an Internet E-mail Settings window would be prompted.

2. In the Internet E-Mail Settings dialog box, on the Outgoing Server tab, select My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication and Use same settings as my incoming mail server.

3. On the Advanced tab, please do the following settings:

Are you on Cache Mode, try it when you are in OnlineMOde.

Do you have any other IMAP account configured for the user. Try fresh user without any other IMAP accounts.
